On Wednesday, 23 September, a Business Breakfast — a business meeting with entrepreneurs from the Semberija region — was held in Vienna, as part of “Days of Semberija in Austria”, which began the day before and runs until 27 September.
The business event was dedicated to presenting Semberija’s investment potential and strengthening cooperation with the Austrian market. Constructive proposals were put forward for improving business cooperation, connecting entrepreneurs, and attracting new investment to Semberija.
Particular emphasis was placed on connecting entrepreneurs from Bijeljina with Austrian partners and creating new opportunities for joint projects and investment.
Part of a wider programme
“Days of Semberija in Austria” opened the previous evening with a formal ceremony in Vienna. In the following days, Vienna, Tulln and Graz will showcase the region’s economic, cultural and artistic potential — including an exhibition, a tasting of local products, and several concerts. The event is organised by the Representative Office of Republika Srpska in Austria, the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Austria, and the “Semberija” Culture Centre from Bijeljina.
