At a ceremony at the Representative Office of Republika Srpska in Vienna, representatives of 13 companies from Republika Srpska who took part in “Fit4Austria” received their certificates.
Participants had spent the previous three days in Vienna with organised meetings at Austrian companies and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. The certificate ceremony (a WIFI International certificate) also marked the end of the programme’s third round.
Head of the Representative Office Mladen Filipović noted that the participating companies had successfully completed training run by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce: “The certificates issued carry the status of public documents and are valid across the entire EU market, which matters greatly to our companies seeking cooperation in the Austrian and European markets.”
The programme’s goal is to establish direct contacts between local business owners and Austrian partners. As in previous years, “Fit4Austria” is run by the Representative Office together with the WIFI institute of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, the Innovation Centre Banja Luka, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Development Agency of Republika Srpska. Across three rounds in two years, more than 50 companies from Republika Srpska have received certificates.
