WIFI International (a division of the Chamber of Commerce) in Vienna, in conjunction with the Representative Office of the Republika Srpska in Austria, the Banja Luka Innovation Centre, the Investment and Development Bank of the Republika Srpska (IRBRS), the Chamber of Commerce of the Republika Srpska and the Chamber of Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Banja Luka Region, invites you to take part.
The call is aimed at companies from the Republika Srpska in the energy and utilities sectors (electricity supply, renewable energy, district heating, smart grids, energy efficiency) as well as industry and production technologies (mechanical engineering, automation, robotics, smart manufacturing), which are interested in establishing business links with Austrian partners (export, import, representation, joint ventures, etc.).
Phase I – Preparatory training
- Module 1 ‘International Business and Innovation’: 8–10 October 2026, 9.00–17.00, on-site at the ICBL, Dr Mladena Stojanovića 4, Banja Luka.
- Module 2 ‘Leadership, Strategy and Artificial Intelligence’: 12–14 October 2026, 9.00 am–5.00 pm, online.
- Final exam: 14 October 2026, online – WIFI certificate valid throughout the EU.
Phase II – Study tour to Austria
30 November to 3 December 2026: Company visits, specialist sessions and targeted networking with Austrian companies and institutions, organised by the WIFI Institute of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in collaboration with the Representative Office.
Conditions of participation and costs
Legal entities based in the Republika Srpska are eligible to participate, with a maximum of two representatives per company. A participation fee of 400 KM per person plus VAT covers part of the costs for accommodation, the organisation of business meetings, interpreting and transport; the majority of the costs are borne by WIFI International and the Representative Office.
