Representatives from seven companies in the Republika Srpska who had taken part in the “Fit4Austria” programme received their certificates from the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna. During their stay, the participants had meetings with Austrian companies and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
The certificates are official documents and are valid throughout the EU. According to the head of the representative office, the initiative is designed to help local entrepreneurs establish direct contacts with Austrian partners and explore opportunities for entering the Austrian and European markets.
The participating companies had previously successfully completed the training course organised by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce; organisational support was provided by the Austrian-Serbian Economic Forum.
The programme is being implemented by the Representative Office in collaboration with the WIFI Institute of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, the Banja Luka Innovation Centre and the Chamber of Commerce of the Republika Srpska. Thanks to this initiative, around 90 companies from the Republika Srpska have already received their certificates in recent years.
